Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Badr City for a Production Supervisor in a detergents manufacturing plant. The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities, ensuring manufacturing schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring production lines, coordinating manpower and materials, and resolving operational issues during shifts. The role involves enforcing safety and hygiene procedures, monitoring product quality, documenting production data, and collaborating with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly. The supervisor supports continuous improvement initiatives and ensures that production staff receive clear instructions, coaching, and performance feedback.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead production teams, delegate tasks, and monitor performance. Candidates should possess Production Planning and Production Management skills to organize schedules, allocate resources, and meet output targets. Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement in the plant. Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure products meet specifications, hygiene, and safety standards. Relevant technical background in industrial, chemical, or manufacturing fields is beneficial. Experience in detergents or FMCG manufacturing environments is an advantage. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are required. Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
