Tele-Sales employee with experience in selling medicines to manage phone sales operations and communicate with customers to ensure sales targets are achieved, based at Zahraa El Maadi.

Responsibilities:
- Contact pharmacies to promote and sell the company's products over the phone.
- Build strong relationships with current customers and attract new ones.
- Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets set.
- Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide periodic sales reports and performance improvement strategies.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs and suggest solutions to increase sales.

Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in phone sales in the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with negotiation ability.
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical, wholesale market and telephone sales mechanisms.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in sales software and computer handling.
