Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team, setting daily and weekly goals, and monitoring performance against targets. The Sales Team Lead will engage with prospective and existing customers, present KOMET INSTITUT’s language programs, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities for growth, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and implementing strategies to increase enrollments. The role also involves handling escalated customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and contributing to marketing and outreach activities that support the institute’s growth. Qualifications Proven professional experience working within an educational institution, language center, or institute. Strong Sales skills, including experience in meeting targets and closing deals in an education or service-oriented environment. Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, with experience leading, coaching, and motivating a sales or customer-facing team. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage diverse stakeholder expectations. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and support informed decision-making. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a strong advantage. Previous experience in education, language institutes, or training services is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, with flexibility to support peak enrollment periods. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
