Role Description Verify product quality and support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities1. Supervise the preparation and setup of electrical cable tests.2. Perform in-process and final testing of cables in accordance with applicable standards and specifications.3. Detect cable faults and perform troubleshooting and corrective actions.4. Monitor calibration certificates and ensure timely renewal in coordination with the line manager.5. Conduct cable testing for customers and inspection authorities to ensure approval and release of cable reels for delivery as per requirements.6. The ability to monitor the performance of technicians.7. Ability to meet and interact with inspection committees.

Requirements1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.2. 1 - 3 years of experience in Cables industry.3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).4. Good command of English language.5. Flexible to work on shift rotation. 6. Problem analysis and solving.
