Role Description We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our growing agency team. We're not looking for someone who simply launches ads. We're looking for someone who understands how to grow businesses through paid media, make data-driven decisions, identify growth opportunities, and scale accounts profitably across different industries and markets. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing multiple client accounts, building full-funnel strategies, optimizing performance, and turning advertising budgets into measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Linked In, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms. Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF). Manage multiple client accounts across different industries and business models. Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth, scaling, and profitability. Develop audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding, and campaign scaling strategies. Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Revenue Growth. Conduct account audits to identify performance gaps and missed opportunities. Collaborate with content creators, designers, videographers, and account managers to improve campaign performance. Create clear performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Research competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and emerging advertising opportunities. Test new offers, creatives, funnels, and campaign structures to continuously improve results.
Requirements4+ years of experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing. Advanced hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. Strong experience with Google Ads. Proven experience managing and scaling multiple advertising accounts. Experience working across different industries and markets. Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, conversion optimization, Pixel, GA4, and GTM. Ability to analyze large sets of performance data and make strategic decisions. Experience with Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns is highly preferred. Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Agency experience is required.
