Position Summary
We are currently hiring for the position of Senior Odoo Techno-Functional Lead. We are seeking an experienced Odoo professional with strong functional and technical expertise who can lead a development team, understand business requirements, design effective Odoo solutions, customize modules, and manage end-to-end ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of Odoo developers. Assign tasks, review development work, and ensure code quality. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions. Implement, configure, customize, and support Odoo ERP modules. Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business needs. Manage Odoo integrations with third-party systems through APIs. Provide technical and functional guidance to the development team. Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. Optimize system performance and ensure solution quality. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare functional and technical documentation when required. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP. Proven experience leading or supervising development teams. Strong technical knowledge of:Odoo Framework Python Postgre SQLREST APIsCustom Module Development Good understanding of Odoo architecture, workflows, integrations, customization, and performance optimization. Strong functional knowledge across Odoo modules such as:Sales Purchase Inventory Accounting HRCRMManufacturing Experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation, support, troubleshooting, and user training. Ability to gather requirements, understand business processes, and propose suitable Odoo solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical and functional issues. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
AI & Digital Skills
Ability to effectively use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Chat GPT, Copilot, or similar) to support project activities.

Tools & Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools such as:Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Click Up, or similar.
