Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Manage the group consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and reporting across multiple entities.
- Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and management insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with finance teams, subsidiaries, and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and financial reporting requirements.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhancements to reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support on IFRS, consolidation practices, and financial reporting standards.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and presentations as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7 9 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
- Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
- Big Four experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation principles, and financial reporting regulations.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
