Roles & Responsibilities

The role will play a key role in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring seamless integration with organizational processes. This position focuses on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of asset data, improving system functionality, and driving continuous improvements in maintenance workflows. The role will also support end-user training, system upgrades, and process enhancements, staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices to foster an innovative, efficient maintenance environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with IBM Maximo (preferred) or other CMMS platforms like SAP or COSWIN 8i, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. Understanding of asset lifecycle management and the ability to configure and optimize asset data and hierarchies within CMMS systems. Proficiency in analyzing CMMS data and using tools like Microsoft Excel to generate reports, identify KPIs, and drive process improvements. Understanding of CMMS process automation and optimization techniques to improve efficiency and system performance. Basic knowledge of project management principles for managing tasks and prioritizing maintenance operations effectively. Ability to provide IT support, troubleshoot user issues, and manage system integrations in CMMS software. Knowledge of documentation management practices and adherence to industry regulations and internal standards.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in technical (maintenance or engineering) roles, with exposure to CMMS software. Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms, particularly IBM Maximo, or other platforms such as SAP, COSWIN 8i, or similar. Strong understanding of maintenance management processes and asset lifecycle management.
