Roles & Responsibilities
Arabic Recruiter (Healthcare & Mental Health) – Remote
Source, identify, and engage qualified healthcare professionals across the GCC, Middle East, Europe, North America, and other target markets.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation, qualifications, licensing status, and relocation interest.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for Mental Health, Addiction Treatment, Nursing, Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Therapy, and Allied Healthcare roles.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and project leadership teams.
Track candidate progress through recruitment, licensing, compliance, and onboarding stages.
Maintain accurate records within internal recruitment systems and trackers.
Support market mapping and talent intelligence projects.
Work closely with senior recruiters and project leadership to meet hiring targets and delivery timelines.
Conduct reference checks and candidate documentation reviews where required.
Represent Delverve Consulting professionally during all candidate interactions.

We are currently supporting one of the UAE's most ambitious Mental Health & Addiction Healthcare projects and are looking to add an Arabic-speaking Recruiter to our growing offshore delivery team.
This is a fixed-salary role focused on recruitment delivery and candidate engagement. It is not a commission-based position.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–7 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or sourcing experience.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience recruiting within Healthcare, Mental Health, Addiction Treatment, Nursing, Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Therapy, or Allied Health sectors is strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting across GCC markets is advantageous.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Comfortable conducting video interviews and engaging senior-level professionals.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and direct sourcing methodologies.
