Training Duration:6 Hours per Training Day Number of Instructors Required:3 Project-Based Instructors Project Objective The SHE CAN Program aims to empower women through practical skill development, leadership enhancement, confidence building, strategic thinking, communication effectiveness, career advancement, and personal growth. The program is designed to equip participants with actionable tools that enable them to create impact within their organizations and communities while fostering leadership, resilience, and professional excellence. Position Title: Women Empowerment Trainer (Project-Based Assignment) Scope of Work Selected instructors will be responsible for:Delivering engaging instructor-led training sessions. Facilitating experiential learning activities and simulations. Conducting role plays and group exercises. Leading discussions and reflective learning activities. Applying adult learning principles throughout delivery. Encouraging participant engagement and knowledge sharing. Delivering content aligned with project objectives and learning outcomes. Assessing participant understanding and learning transfer. Providing end-of-session feedback and recommendations. Coordinating with the project management team before and during delivery. Submitting attendance records and trainer reports upon completion.
