Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and social selling.* Identify and qualify potential clients across startups, SMEs, and enterprise organizations.* Schedule and lead discovery calls with prospects.* Understand client challenges and position Succedo Labs’ services effectively.* Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with our delivery team.* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.* Maintain an accurate pipeline and sales activity records.* Build strong relationships with prospects and clients.* Represent Succedo Labs professionally across meetings, events, and online channels.

Requirements
Must Have
* 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.* Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred
* Experience selling: * Software Development Services * AI Solutions * Saa S Products * Mobile Applications * Digital Transformation Services* Arabic language proficiency.* Existing network within UAE or GCC markets.
