Role Description The Senior Consultant at RE Developments will lead client engagements across the company’s smart and luxury property portfolio, serving as a primary advisor on project feasibility, design concepts, and investment strategies. This full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt involves meeting with clients to understand their needs, preparing tailored proposals, and presenting development recommendations. The Senior Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, design, engineering, and operations, to align solutions with client expectations and project timelines. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and financial analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting negotiations and contract discussions. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to process improvements, and representing RE Developments at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications

Proven experience in consulting, real estate development, or a related field, with a track record of leading client-facing projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with market research, financial modeling, and project evaluation. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and support negotiations. Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, design, engineering, operations) to deliver integrated solutions. Familiarity with smart building technologies, sustainable design principles, or luxury real estate is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site. Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
