Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Presales Engineer with strong expertise in automation solutions, enterprise portals, and system integration, along with hands-on experience in Saudi government tenders, particularly through the Etimad platform.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving technical sales, preparing high-quality proposals, and supporting business development activities, with a strong focus on the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities
1. Presales & Solution Design • Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements. • Design end-to-end solutions covering: • Business Process Automation (BPM / Workflow) • Enterprise Portals (Customer / Employee / Government) • System Integration (APIs, ESB, Microservices) • Translate business needs into scalable technical architectures and solution designs.
2. Proposal & Tender Management (KSA Focus) • Lead and support technical proposal development for Saudi tenders. • Manage and submit proposals via the Etimad platform. • Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture documents, and compliance matrices aligned with Saudi standards (e.g., NCA, SAMA when applicable).
3. Client Engagement & Presentations • Conduct client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions. • Deliver presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
4. Collaboration & Internal Alignment • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Managers, and Delivery teams. • Ensure a smooth transition from presales to project delivery.
5. Market & Product Positioning • Support in defining value propositions and solution positioning. • Stay updated on digital transformation trends and Saudi market dynamics.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 3–7+ years of experience in Presales or Solution Engineering • Proven experience in automation platforms (BPM, RPA) • Experience with enterprise portals (Angular, . NET, Java) • Strong experience in integration technologies (APIs, ESB, Microservices, WSO2, Mule Soft) • Hands-on experience with Saudi tenders and the Etimad platform • Excellent technical writing and proposal development skills
