Our Client is a prestigious brand in cosmetics and natural products. ِِIs looking for an AI Visual Content Producer to lead the next generation of beauty content creation for our cosmetics brands across social media, retail, and e‑commerce. This role combines AI content generation, short‑form video, and creative storytelling to produce high‑impact visuals that drive engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities1. AI Content Generation Use AI image and video generation tools (such as Midjourney, DALL‑E, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, or similar) to create photorealistic and stylized visuals for skincare, cosmetics, and aromatherapy products. Generate product shots, lifestyle scenes, textures, and conceptual visuals suitable for social media, website, and performance ads.2. Short‑Form Video & Reels Production Conceptualize, generate, and edit short‑form videos (15–60 seconds) optimized for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts. Create product demos, before/after stories, routines, and trend‑driven content that fits our brand voice and business objectives.3. Prompt Engineering & Creative Iteration Craft highly specific prompts to ensure AI outputs match our brand aesthetic, color palettes, and beauty standards. Iterate quickly on prompts and compositions until the visuals meet both creative and commercial requirements.4. Post‑Production & Editing Refine AI‑generated content using tools like Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Fix artifacts, clean details, add text overlays, subtitles, and graphics; sync with trending audio, and apply color grading and retouching to meet beauty industry expectations.5. Trend Spotting & Social-First Creativity Stay on top of social media algorithms, viral beauty trends, and trending audio on Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube. Propose and execute ideas that leverage trends while staying true to the brand, focusing on hooks, pacing, and retention.6. Brand Consistency & Collaboration Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and campaigns, ensuring our products and brand ethos appear consistently in all AI‑generated environments. Work closely with Digital Marketing, Brand/Category Managers, E‑commerce, and Content/Copy to translate briefs into visuals that support launches, promotions, and evergreen content.
Requirements & Qualifications3–5 years of experience in digital content creation, video editing, or motion/design roles, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or lifestyle brands. AI Tool Proficiency: Hands‑on experience and a strong portfolio using AI generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway ML, Pika Labs, Leonardo AI, Synthesia, or similar). Video Editing Mastery: Strong skills in short‑form editing (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects); you understand pacing, hooks, and watch‑time optimization. Solid understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts formats and what drives views, saves, shares, and clicks. Ability to transform marketing/brand briefs into visual concepts rapidly and iterate based on feedback and performance data. Strong sense of aesthetics for beauty and skincare (lighting, skin tones, textures, packaging presentation). Ability to manage multiple content tracks in parallel and deliver under tight timelines. Portfolio is mandatory (please include links to Reels/Tik Toks and AI‑generated visuals).
