Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fitness Trainer role based in New Cairo. The Fitness Trainer will deliver EMS-based training sessions, including one-on-one and small-group workouts, following LVFIT EMS protocols and safety standards. Responsibilities include assessing client fitness levels, designing personalized training plans, and demonstrating correct exercise techniques while monitoring form and performance. The trainer will track client progress, adjust programs as needed, and provide ongoing motivation and coaching to support individual goals. Daily tasks also involve maintaining a clean, safe training environment, preparing EMS equipment, and offering professional, attentive customer service to all clients.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Fitness Instruction and Fitness Training, with the ability to design and lead effective, safe sessions tailored to individual goals. Experience in Group Exercise settings, including leading small-group or class-based workouts and managing diverse fitness levels. Familiarity with the Fitness Industry, including current training trends, basic exercise science principles, and best practices in client care. Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and provide a supportive client experience. Relevant fitness certification (e.g., personal training, group fitness) from a recognized organization; EMS training experience or certification is a plus. Basic knowledge of health and safety standards, including screening for contraindications and responding appropriately to client concerns. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, including flexibility for shifts, evenings, and weekends as needed. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate with medical and EMS expert teams.
