Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for an HR Generalist based in Qesm El Maadi. The HR Generalist will handle day-to-day HR operations, including creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role also involves supporting employees, helping to build a positive workplace culture, and contributing to HR-related projects as needed.
Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices Experience with HR Management and crafting HR Policies Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Experience in a startup environment is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
