About TE:
TE is a GCC-focused influencer marketing agency working with leading retail, lifestyle, and luxury brands across the region. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, leading teams, and driving campaigns from strategy to execution. This role reports to the Head of the Business Unit and is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth for our influencer marketing practice.
The Opportunity: We’re looking for someone who can go beyond execution, someone who can own accounts, guide teams, and act as a trusted partner to clients. This role is ideal for someone who has already managed clients directly, led campaigns end-to-end, and is ready to take broader ownership within a fast-paced agency environment.
What You’ll Own:Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact across key accounts Lead and guide the Influencer Account Management team on day-to-day execution Oversee campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution to reporting and delivery Ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met Review outputs and reports before sharing with clients Coordinate closely with Influencer, Content, Creative, and cross-functional teams Coach and develop team members while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen campaign impact Partner with leadership to improve processes and elevate campaign quality
What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing Strong experience owning client relationships and campaigns end-to-end Experience leading, mentoring, or managing team members Good understanding of digital campaigns; influencer marketing experience is a strong plus Strong communication and presentation skills in English Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams Based in Cairo and open to working from New Cairo (hybrid)
