Potiential X is expanding its Health Economics & Market Access team and is looking for an experienced Health Economics Modeler to support the development of high-quality economic evaluations and HTA submissions across the Middle East region.
Responsibilities* Develop and validate health economic models, including:* Cost-Effectiveness Models (CEA)* Cost-Utility Models (CUA)* Budget Impact Models (BIM)* Markov Models* Decision Tree Models* Partitioned Survival Models* Adapt and localize global economic models to regional healthcare systems.* Conduct evidence synthesis, literature reviews, and model parameterization.* Perform deterministic and probabilistic sensitivity analyses.* Prepare technical reports, model documentation, and HTA submission materials.* Collaborate with market access, medical affairs, epidemiology, and commercial teams.
Qualifications Advanced degree in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biostatistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in health economic modeling within pharmaceutical, consulting, HTA, or HEOR environments.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel-based modeling and economic evaluation techniques.
Demonstrated experience in developing and adapting models submitted to HTA bodies and reimbursement agencies.
Solid understanding of:

Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with economic models developed according to UPA (Unified Procurement Authority) requirements in Egypt.
Previous involvement in preparing or adapting models and dossiers presented to the UPA Value Assessment Committee.
Familiarity with Egyptian healthcare financing, reimbursement pathways, and local epidemiological and cost data sources.
Experience with indirect treatment comparisons, survival extrapolation techniques, and advanced sensitivity analyses.
