Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Underwriting and Onboarding Specialist to support our merchant onboarding process and ensure a seamless, compliant, and efficient experience. You will collaborate closely with sales, risk, and customer success teams to assess applications, verify documentation, and uphold our underwriting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Risk teams to process merchant applications

efficiently and accurately.

Review submitted documents to verify completeness, accuracy, and authenticity. Conduct credit and risk assessments to determine merchant eligibility. Maintain thorough and organized records for audit and compliance purposes. Ensure all onboarding and underwriting activities meet established turnaround times without

compromising quality.

Contribute to the development and optimization of underwriting workflows and risk assessment

models.

Systematically archive and manage onboarding documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting or merchant onboarding, preferably within

payments, fintech, banking, or lending.

Solid understanding of credit risk analysis and underwriting principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
