Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader - Senior for a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo. In this role, you will manage and lead a team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include setting performance targets, providing guidance and mentoring to team members, and monitoring project timelines for successful execution. You will also collaborate with management to implement strategies for efficiency and contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications Team management and leadership experience, with strong people management and mentoring skills Project coordination and organizational abilities to meet deadlines and achieve objectives Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships Knowledge of HR systems, processes, performance management, and employee development is a plus Proficiency in using relevant software tools and platforms Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage Proven experience in a leadership role within HR consultancy or a related field
