What we're looking for:✔️ Bachelor's in Electrical / Electronics / Communications Engineering or related field ✔️ Proven experience in technical sales (ELV / security systems / smart buildings / MEP contracting) ✔️ Track record of meeting or exceeding targets ✔️ Senior: closing large-value contracts + an established network of developers & consultants ✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills in Arabic and English ✔️ Valid Egyptian driver's license and willingness to travel
⚙️ What you'll do:???? Develop new business and build a pipeline from first contact to signed contract ???? Conduct site visits and present tailored ELV solutions ???? Prepare technical & commercial proposals with the Technical Office team and close deals ???? Build long-term relationships with clients and main contractors ???? Senior: lead the growth strategy + mentor junior sales team members
