Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee and guide a dynamic team in achieving organizational goals. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, setting team objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring outstanding service delivery. The role also involves mentoring team members, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing strategies to maximize performance and efficiency. This is a contractual, on-site role, based in Alexandria, Egypt.
Qualifications
Team leadership and management skills, including staff mentoring, task delegation, and performance evaluation Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fostering team collaboration and maintaining client relationships Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities to drive operational efficiency and achieve targets Knowledge of real estate markets and industry trends, with expertise in property sales, leasing, and consultancy Adaptability and decision-making skills to handle challenges in dynamic work environments Proficiency in relevant tools and software to streamline team operations and reporting Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
