  • Manage procurement and supply chain operations, including supplier coordination and shipment scheduling.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with shipping companies and customs  to ensure smooth clearance and accurate documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning and forecasting.
  • Review and maintain all supply chain, shipping, and customs documents.
  • Track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery to clients.
  • Prepare basic reports on inventory, orders, and supply chain performance.
