Technical Office Engineer (2 Years Experience) – Responsibilities
Prepare and review shop drawings, technical drawings, and construction details.
Study project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimations.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
Prepare and submit technical submittals, material submittals, and RFIs (Requests for Information).
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Assist in preparing project schedules and tracking project activities.
Review and verify quantities for interim payments and invoices.
Support cost control and budget monitoring activities.
Prepare as-built drawings and project close-out documents.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
Ensure all engineering documents are properly maintained and updated.
