The Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment, manage classroom behavior, and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Additional duties include communicating regularly with parents and guardians, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and school initiatives, participating in staff meetings and professional development, and contributing to school events and activities. Qualifications Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with proven classroom experience at the appropriate grade or subject level. Ability to create effective Lesson Planning that aligns with curriculum standards and accommodates diverse learning styles. Excellent Communication skills for interacting with learners, families, and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner. Experience in Training, mentoring, or supporting learners’ academic and personal development. Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification or license is preferred. Demonstrated classroom management skills and ability to foster an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and openness to feedback and new teaching methods. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural setting and to use basic educational technology and digital tools.
