  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ERP modules
    and e-commerce features.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across web
    and backend systems.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure
    DevOps, Bugzilla).
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand
    requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Validate end-to-end business workflows in ERP systems (e.g., order management,
    inventory, procurement, financials).
  • Test e-commerce platform functionality including product catalog, shopping cart, checkout
    flow, payment gateways, and order fulfillment.
  • Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum
    environment.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test strategies, test results, and
    QA reports.
  • Test mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms, covering functional, UI/UX, and
    compatibility testing across various devices and OS versions.
  • Perform mobile-specific testing including push notifications, offline behavior, deep linking,
    gestures, and app performance.
  • Support performance and load testing activities and analyze results.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and best practices.
