Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Medical Records Specialist located in Qesm Moharam Bek. The Medical Records Specialist will organize, maintain, and manage health information systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality of patient records. Key responsibilities include processing, updating, and safeguarding medical records in accordance with established standards, as well as liaising with healthcare providers to ensure proper documentation and compliance with data regulations. Additionally, interacting with patients or authorized representatives to retrieve or deliver their records is an essential part of this position.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with basic concepts in Medicine Proficiency in Health Information Management and Medical Records organization Strong Customer Service skills and ability to interact professionally with patients and staff Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment is an advantage Proficiency in relevant technology and healthcare record-keeping systems is preferred Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications related to health information or medical records management is a plus
