Roles & Responsibilities
The Oracle EBS and Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain Manager will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimisation of procurement and supply chain solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud platforms. This senior leadership role involves managing multiple projects, leading a team of consultants, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure Oracle solutions drive operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Oracle EBS and Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain implementations, upgrades, and optimisation initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of procurement and supply chain consultants, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand procurement and supply chain strategies, processes, and requirements.
- Oversee the design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment of Oracle EBS and Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain modules including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Inventory, Order Management, and Contracts.
- Ensure alignment of Oracle solutions with organisational goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of Oracle best practices.
- Stay current with Oracle product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
- Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new systems and processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
u>Required Skills and Qualifications:/u>
- Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Typically, 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain consulting or management roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale Oracle EBS and Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain implementations or transformations.
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS and Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and reporting tools.
- Oracle certifications in EBS and/or Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain modules preferred.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
