Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Agent at Recruiti X in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Agent will assist clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include delivering timely solutions, troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with internal teams to achieve excellent service quality.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction and address customer concerns effectively Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving to efficiently address issues Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus High level of patience, empathy, and attentiveness in handling customer needs Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Relevant customer service or client-facing experience is preferred
