Role Description
This is a full-time On-site role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, establishing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support. The specialist will also provide information and training regarding our engineering services and participate in collaborative sales team efforts.
Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Support, and Training skills Strong Communication and Sales skills+3 Years of experience in Telesales Ability to work on-site Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Experience in the educational field is a plus
