Egypt Education Platform is seeking an accomplished and visionary Academic Director for the academic year 2026-2027 to lead and advance the academic strategies of Madinaty language School - MLS .
This key leadership role requires an individual who is passionate about educational excellence, fostering innovation, and driving high standards across all academic programs.
Job Location: Madinaty, New Cairo.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction for all academic departments to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, comprehensive educational program.
Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and assessment practices to align with the Egyptian National Curriculum and international best practices.
Manage and support Heads of Departments and teaching staff to foster professional growth and enhance instructional effectiveness.
Develop and implement academic policies and procedures that promote student achievement, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to monitor academic progress and inform decision-making processes.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
Lead initiatives for academic innovation, integration of technology, and promotion of a culture of reflective practice and lifelong learning.
Represent the school’s academic interests in meetings, inspections, and accreditation processes.

Master’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
Extensive experience (minimum 7 years) in educational leadership roles .
Demonstrated success in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and academic management.
Strong understanding of the Egyptian National Curriculum and integration with international education standards.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Proven ability to analyze educational data and implement strategies that improve student outcomes.
Experience in managing change, fostering collaboration, and promoting professional development.
