Job Title: HR Specialist & Admin Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist & Admin to support daily HR operations while ensuring smooth administrative processes. The role involves managing employee lifecycle activities, maintaining HR records, and handling office administration tasks to create an efficient and organized workplace. Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities:Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, offboarding). Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation. Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, coordinating interviews). Handle employee relations and respond to internal HR inquiries. Support performance management processes and employee evaluations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, headcount, etc.). Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities. Administrative Responsibilities:Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workplace. Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events. Maintain office policies and procedures. Handle correspondence, filing systems, and documentation. Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administration roles. Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor law basics. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
