  • Oversee daily inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
  • Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with FIFO/FEFO, batch/lot tracking, and material handling procedures.
  • Maintain full documentation, inventory records, and ERP accuracy.
  • Monitor equipment utilization (forklifts, scanners, automation systems).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation.
  • Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and maintain the most efficient warehouse layout and space utilization.
  • Reduce warehouse handling time and improve operational throughput.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain zero safety incidents through training, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Manage and coach warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and floor staff.
