Job Description
1. Maintenance & Repairs
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair Club Car vehicles
- Perform preventive maintenance (battery, brakes, tires, motors)
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
2. Diagnostics
- Read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Test components (controllers, batteries, chargers, engines)
- Identify faults and fix them efficiently
3. Service Operations
- Complete work orders and repair reports
- Manage spare parts and tools inventory
- Follow manufacturer procedures and warranty processes
4. Field Work (sometimes)
- Travel to customer sites (hotels, golf courses, etc.)
- Provide on-site repairs and emergency service
- Communicate with clients about issues and solutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical training
- Experience in:
- Automotive / small engines / electric vehicles
- Valid driving license
- Ability to lift tools/parts (~30–35 kg sometimes
