Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an English Instructor based in Tanta, Egypt.
The English Instructor will be responsible for teaching English to children and teenagers aged 4 to 16 using interactive, student-centered methods. The role involves creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality lessons aligned with curriculum goals, maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment, and tracking students’ academic progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English to kids and teens in an interactive and engaging way
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives
• Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive, motivating, and disciplined classroom environment
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high learning quality
• Manage classroom activities and student behavior effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
• TEFL/TESOL certificate is a plus
• Strong English fluency (spoken & written)
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Creativity, energy, and passion for teaching children and teens

Job Details

• Salary: Based on experience
• Working Hours: Part-time (schedule to be discussed)
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Location: Tanta Branch
