This is a critical role for an expert who possesses the technical depth to navigate Odoo’s ecosystem and the managerial prowess to drive a full-scale implementation to success.
End-to-End Leadership: Own the entire Odoo ERP lifecycle, from initial gap analysis and requirement gathering to final deployment and post-go-live support.
Technical Supervision: Oversee customization, integration, and data migration, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.
Project Governance: Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time and within scope.
Documentation: Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including SOPs and workflows.
Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor the internal team and coordinate effectively with external implementation partners.
