Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Al Manşūrah. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including managing teams, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes, optimizing material handling, and maintaining inventory control. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety protocols, monitoring equipment like forklifts, and improving operational efficiency to meet productivity goals.
Qualifications Experience +5 years in construction filed (Must) Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage warehouse teams effectively Experience in Shipping & Receiving, and Material Handling to oversee the seamless flow of goods Proficiency in Inventory Control to monitor, track, and optimize stock levels Competence in Forklift Operation and associated certifications (if applicable) Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills Ability to implement safety and compliance protocols within warehouse operations Previous experience in the construction or logistics industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management are beneficial
