  • Contact with shipping lines , freight forwarders , marine insurance and custom brokers to secure best rates and services.
  • Draft/review full set of shipping documents .
  • Ensure proper customs clearance of all export shipment .
  • Track vessels/trucks on a regular basis to ensure shipments are delivered to the customers as planned/promised dates .
  • Review logistics invoice/claims and submit them to accounting on time.
  • Control and monitoring of the records of temporary admission customs system
  • Tracking & reporting all pipeline shipments.
  • Clearing of shipments (LCL & FCL) from port with in the shortest possible time .
  • Follow up transportation from port to plant.
  • Book all required shipment for import .
  • Review and confirm all importing documents (invoices, packing list , COO , COA , BL….).
