We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales & Export Director to lead and transform the company’s sales and export operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to strengthen the company’s leadership in the Egyptian packaging market while significantly expanding export sales across  international markets.

This role requires a strong leader with deep experience in B2B industrial sales, packaging or printing industry, capable of building structured sales systems, leading high-performing teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s overall sales strategy for local and export markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in regional and international markets.
  • Establish structured sales processes, KPIs, forecasting systems, and performance management frameworks.
  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion across all product segments.
  • Set annual sales targets and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Build a clear export expansion strategy.
  • Develop partnerships with distributors and key accounts in international markets.
  • Increase export contribution to overall company revenue.
  • Develop strong relationships with major pharmaceutical, food, and FMCG companies.
  • Negotiate large contracts and long-term supply agreements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales and export teams.
  • Establish performance metrics and incentive structures.
  • Work closely with production, planning, finance, and supply chain to ensure operational alignment.
  • Support product development and innovation based on market needs.
