Support the development and implementation of talent management initiatives with a focus on Organizational Development (OD) aligned with business objectives.
Assist in organizational design activities including structure updates, job descriptions, and workforce planning.

Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs to enhance organizational capabilities.
Assist in implementing change management and employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics related to performance, development, and organizational effectiveness.
Ensure talent management practices are aligned with company policies and organizational development goals.
Collaborate with different departments to support employee development and engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to junior HR team members when required.
