Role Description The Export Logistics Coordinator will oversee and manage the export process, including developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, monitoring inventory levels, and working closely with the supply chain team to meet delivery timelines.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in export logistics, preferably handling shipments from Egypt to Europe.• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures for shipments from Egypt to Europe.• Familiarity with Incoterms, shipping terms, and freight forwarding processes.• Experience in dealing with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.• Strong problem-solving abilities to address logistics challenges efficiently.• Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with export regulations.• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.• Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).• Knowledge of European import regulations, and compliance requirements.• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures, certificates of origin, and other export-related documentation.• Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems is a plus.• October residencies or nearby is preferred.
