Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ad-Duqqi for a Senior Roads Design Specialist. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed road design plans, performing technical research, and creating high-quality design documents through advanced software tools. The individual will work closely with multidiscipline teams to deliver innovative and efficient road design solutions, ensuring all projects meet client requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities-Prepare and develop detailed design drawings for urban and infrastructure road projects.-Prepare technical documents, calculations, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with project stages and requirements.-Coordinate effectively with other relevant departments and disciplines.-Ensure design quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards and codes.-Support the design review and quality assurance process.-Work collaboratively and professionally within a multidisciplinary team.-Ensure proper plotting and printing of design drawings.
Qualifications-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.-Minimum of 7 years of experience in road design, preferably in urban infrastructure projects.-Full proficiency in Auto CAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office applications.-Excellent command of English (reading and writing).-Strong knowledge of design standards and procedures.
