At NILEWOOD, we are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager with strong experience in heavy industrial environments. The ideal candidate will lead maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and build a strong preventive maintenance culture across the plant.
This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe and efficient plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure high equipment availability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement Preventive & Corrective Maintenance programs across all plant equipment.
- Ensure quick and effective troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs such as downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Manage spare parts planning and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE and safety standards during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
