:Job Objectives
  • The Marketing Manager will play a leading role in building and implementing the marketing strategy for United Brothers Engineering Industries' business unit.
  • This role is pivotal in driving growth, enhancing brand positioning, and ensuring alignment with the overall Seltal and Uni Hamburg brand guidelines.
  • The Marketing Manager will lead a high-performing marketing team, manage the budget, and work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

:Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Ensure full adherence to Seltal and Uni Hamburg brand principles in all marketing efforts, guaranteeing a consistent and integrated brand image.
  2. Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, both digital and traditional, including digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and public relations efforts.
  3. Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  4. Develop, allocate, and oversee the marketing budget to maximize ROI for campaigns.
  5. Monitor budget utilization and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
  6. Prepare periodic reports on marketing spending and performance to recommend necessary adjustments.

  8. Review and approve marketing materials, ensuring their alignment with brand standards and guidelines.
  9. Work closely with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  10. Lead and guide the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  11. Set clear objectives for team members and provide the necessary guidance to achieve business goals. Collaborate with the commercial team to align marketing strategies with business growth objectives. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Ensure regular reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior management. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement them to enhance marketing strategies at United Brothers Engineering Industries.

:Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic marketing roles, including at least 3 years in team management.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing marketing budgets and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive experience in brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • A focus on achieving results and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the retail, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors is highly preferred
