Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, results-driven, and experienced in leading sales teams within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Monitor team performance and KPIs; provide regular feedback and support Create and implement sales strategies and action plans to boost performance Identify training needs and conduct regular coaching sessions Handle escalated customer issues and provide guidance to team members Collaborate with management to align team goals with company objectives Prepare and present performance reports and sales forecasts Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 3–5 years in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools Experience in [insert industry, e.g., FMCG, tech, services] is a plus
