Company Description Almera Foods, established in 2018 as a joint venture between Allies Chemical Group and Alwafaa Food Industries, aims to address gaps in the food service market. The company specializes in providing food ingredients for HORECA and retail sectors. Almera Foods offers an extensive portfolio of products, including spice extracts, breadcrumbs, blends, and clean smoke solutions. The company is committed to delivering high-quality products that meet the diverse needs of its clients in the food industry.
Job Objective:To effectively execute marketing and brand activities that support the growth of Almera Foods’ products in the market. The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing operations, supporting product launches, implementing promotional campaigns, and following up on product development tasks. This role ensures timely and efficient execution of brand initiatives while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Activities Planning & Execution Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and events with full coordination across teams and suppliers; support planning with on-ground insights. Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers on marketing materials and trade activations. Product Development Projects Participate in identifying and studying new product ideas. Support in developing the Product Development Brief and briefing the R&D team. Follow up on development progress and assist in planning product launches. Operational & Financial Tasks Assist in budget planning for marketing support and overheads. Handle supplier communication including briefings, execution, and payments Market Research & Analysis Track and report competitors’ activities, pricing, and promotional initiatives. Understand market trends and updates Provide insights and recommendations based on data and field feedback.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in a marketing or brand role, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with digital marketing tools is a plus.
