???? Job Description:* Monitor daily plant performance and record all KPIs (Availability, Utilization, MTBF, MTTR, SEC, PHI, Production vs Capacity).* Assist in preparing the annual Master Plan for water plants, generators, and other equipment.* Conduct KPI visits and verify accuracy of operational data and site readings. Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely execution.* Review daily readings, monthly water balance, and production vs capacity trends.* Update ERP system entries (KPIs, downtime codes, PM completion, work orders, asset movement).* Coordinate with Site Operations, Maintenance, Wells, Warehouse, and * Procurement to ensure smooth workflow.* Prepare the quarterly operation and maintenance plan in coordination with department heads.* Follow up and ensure the execution of maintenance work plans/schedules with the maintenance team to ensure work completion.* Conduct KPIs to measure and monitor operational performance and compare results against targets.* Support asset tracking, equipment movement updates, and workshop repair follow-up.

Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Mechanical Power Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.* From 0 to 1 years of experience.* Proficient in using ERP systems.* Strong flexibility and adaptability.* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access).
