We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpenter/Wood Furniture Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Albania This position offers hands-on experience in custom wood fabrication, cabinetry, and furniture assembly within a dynamic workshop environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about woodworking, eager to learn, and capable of supporting senior carpenters on a variety of projects from concept to finished product.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with cutting, shaping, sanding, finishing, and assembly of wood components according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders; verify measurements and material lists.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in constructing and installing cabinetry, furniture pieces, and interior woodwork for client projects.
- Prepare surfaces for finishing, apply stains, paints, varnishes, and protective coatings as directed.
- Conduct quality inspections of components and finished products to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines and project milestones.
- Document work performed and report progress or issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree with a Bachelor’s credential preferred; enrollment in or completion of relevant internship or apprenticeship programs acceptable for internship level.
- Interest in woodworking, cabinetry, and furniture making with a willingness to learn and apply new techniques.
- Basic understanding of reading technical drawings and measurement instruments (e.g., tape measure, calipers).
- Ability to work safely with wood, finishes, and workshop equipment; knowledge of basic shop safety practices.
- Good manual dexterity, steady attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- basic English is a plus; willingness to learn industry terminology.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing project needs.
