Job Details

  • Provide first-level technical support for enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and service requests.
  • Monitor application performance and system health, proactively identifying and escalating potential issues.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software defects or configuration problems.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and testing of new application releases and updates.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create user guides or FAQs to enhance end-user experience.
  • Analyze recurring incidents to identify root causes and recommend process or system improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supported applications, system integrations, and related technologies.
  • Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support as required to ensure application availability.
  • Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and quality standards in all support activities.
