Administrative Support

How you’ll help us make health happen
- Support in maintaining Mindhaus asset register and custody forms.
- Assist in clearing and handling all governmental matters (electricity, water. Etc).
- Providing administration support to Mindhaus/office (3100 square meters).
- Petty cash management and settlement.
- Management of runners, their trips & overtime.
- Oversee shifts management of the tea points.
- Assist in procurement office supplies such as stationery and groceries related to Oasis.
- Updating Administration budget & reporting it to finance
- Handle inbound & out bound deliveries with Aramex
- Booking airlines ticket for BEI/BES employees
- Organizing travel & accommodation of conferences inside Egypt along with payment.
- Assisting in airport transfers, meet & greet services & visa assistance for Bupa Global visitors.
- Assisting in office events as per departments managers requests.
- Liaising with mobile service providers to complete employees’ request for data & voice lines.
- Purchasing cell phones for the employees as per request
- Keeping track of all company property items delivered to staff such as chairs, mobiles, airboxes, etc..
- Dealing with our facilities companies when needed.
- Ensuring familiarity with all regulatory requirements, and complying with as necessary any requirements placed upon the role or the business by any appropriate regulatory authorities.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Bachelor’s degree certificate.
Strong English and Arabic language skills.
Three-year experience or more in administration and office management.
Able to effectively liaise with all stakeholders.
Capacity and confidence to manage administration tasks.
Experience of managing health & safety at work and knowledge of relevant health & safety legislations.
Self motivated and ability to solve Problems.
